Our turn around time is usually 5 business days, however since all our design orders are custom made, and due to high demand, it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. If you are under a time crunch, please let us know and we will work to make it happen as fast as we can!
2. Refund Policy. If you purchase a defective Alphabet Garden Designs product, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a credit for future purchases or an exchange (less shipping and handling). Custom orders may not be returned unless it is defective. We do not stock our products, everything is custom made when it is ordered. Therefore, we cannot re-sell your item. We will do our best to make you happy with your purchase, but we cannot be responsible for ordering errors. Please contact us for exact measurements and color samples to be sure of what you are ordering. Our goal is to be fair and help you in any way we can.
